It Works Round And Round
a: Adenosine triphosphate ~
b: a portable rechargable battery
What: Yes. This is the basic energy transfer molecule within biological systems, i.e. life as we know it. It has some other attributes, it is soluble in water so it can move around a cell very quickly to deliver energy where needed. But in reality it is a chemical. So don't think of it as 1 big battery but a billions, think moles, of batteries, that surround that which it is trying to energize.
