If it's number 2, it is the smoothyest double entendre of all time. Take a look at the link and read the words several times. "Bound by wild desire, I fell into a ring of fire". Is Johnny going to jump into a volcano? I don' think so. The song is a reference to a female volcano that can be a much fun to watch as it is to jump inside.
